1/2 cup de-stemmed kale leaves
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/2 pear
1 teaspoon minced ginger
1 baby cucumber
1 1/2 cups coconut water
1 teaspoon coconut or MCT oil
Combine all ingredients in blender and blend on high until smooth.
