This non-dairy milkshake is a bright, refreshing way to boost your energy with maca, a superfood known to increase vitality. We’ve also added matcha, a potent detoxifier with 10 times the antioxidants of green tea, for even more flavor—and nutrition.
Yield: 1 smoothie
Active Time: 3 minutes
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 tablespoon maca powder
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 teaspoons raw honey
Zest of 1 lemon
1 cup almond milk
5 ice cubes
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend on high until fully incorporated. If the shake is too thick or not enough, adjust with almond milk or ice cubes. Sweeten with more honey to taste, if desired.
