1-2 slices bread of choice (try Base Culture Keto Bread or Food For Life Ezekiel 4:9 Sprouted Whole Grain Bread)
Remaining â…“ of prepared frittata
Fresh herbs of choice (try parsley or basil)
1-2 tablespoons prepared basil almond pesto
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Toast 1-2 slices of bread. Rewarm frittata if desired, otherwise serve room temperature.
Spread a layer of pesto on the bread, then top with the slice of frittata and fresh herbs. Season with flaky salt and freshly cracked pepper. Serve open-faced or as a sandwich.
