Quince’s breakfast of champions starts with an old standby: fiber-rich oatmeal. Just add water and cook it in the microwave or over the stove. But don’t be basic—watch the video to see Quince do a little dance and power up his morning meal with extra nutrients, protein, and antioxidants.
For a super-boosted bowl of oatmeal, add one tablespoon of protein powder, a sprinkling of almonds, cinnamon to amp up metabolism, a little Truvia to sweeten, almond milk for even more muscle-building protein, and some antioxidant blueberries. Boom. Eat this power oatmeal for breakfast and get pumped!
